Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership is offered to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By becoming a member, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Paid membership is a single one-time payment. There is no recurring subscription, no automatic renewal, and no further charge to the payment method used at checkout. Prices may change over time for new members; a change never affects a membership already purchased.

Because membership is a one-time payment rather than a subscription, there is nothing to cancel. If you would like your account closed and your data removed, please write to us and we will do so.

Because members receive immediate access to the archive, individual sessions, and community, membership fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe your circumstances warrant a refund, please write to us — we will always consider a request in good faith.

Membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to access member-only content. You may not share your login, republish member content publicly, or use it for commercial purposes.

Members agree to:

• Keep account credentials private and secure.
• Participate respectfully in accordance with our Community Guidelines.
• Understand that content in the community is educational and personal — never medical advice.
• Keep payment details current so membership can continue.

We reserve the right to pause or close accounts that breach these terms or our Community Guidelines. Where a closure occurs after a serious breach, membership fees for the current period are not refunded.

We may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practical. Continued membership after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
