When you use the site, you agree to:

• Use the site lawfully and respectfully.
• Follow our Community Guidelines when posting inside the community.

All content on The Surgery Circle — including essays, guides, illustrations, and design — is owned by The Surgery Circle or its contributors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links to our content, but you may not reproduce, republish, or commercialize it without written permission.

Content you submit inside the community remains yours. By posting, you grant us a limited license to display it to other members of the community.

Paid memberships are billed at the interval you select and renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; please write to us with any concern.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Where possible, we will contact you first. In cases of harassment, misinformation that could cause harm, or serious breach of trust, we may act immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Surgery Circle is not liable for any decisions you make about your medical care, or for any loss arising from your use of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practical. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
